In December 2000, Natural Resources Canada sent a delegation to a Montreal conference on Canadian energy efficiency entitled Response to Advice from the National Advisory Committee on Energy Efficiency-The First Two Years. BMCC translated a large volume of documents that NRCan sent to the conference.
