Speeches
BMCC has provided speechwriting services to PWGSC on several occasions in the past 2–3 years.

Michel J. Cardinal, former PWGSC Assistant Deputy Minister
BMCC wrote two speeches for Mr. Cardinal in 2001. The first was for a major public service awards ceremony. The second was for the launch of the Deputy Minister’s Awards for Official Languages (BMCC provided French writing and English adaptation for this speech).

Ranald Quail, former PWGSC Deputy Minister
BMCC wrote a speech for Mr. Quail at the launch of the Deputy Minister’s Awards for Official Languages in 2001. For this speech, our firm wrote the speech in English and then provided French language adaptation.

Albert Caro, President of Association of Organization and Classification Professionals
In 1999, our firm wrote a speech for Mr. Caro to present at the Workshop on Professionalism within Organization and Classification. This speech was written in French and adapted into English by our firm.

 

Doing Business
From February 2000 to June 2001, BMCC led project co-ordination, research, writing, editing, translating for the Public Works Government Services Canada’s quarterly client publication Doing Business.
