Internal Communications Study
BMCC assisted the Treasury Board Secretariat in 2000-2001 in measuring the effectiveness of its communications with public service employees.

A national study involving focus groups in the National Capital Region, Montréal, Québec City, Halifax, Toronto and Vancouver was conducted in early 2001 by BMCC to gather and report on the views of employees in a number of federal departments and agencies regarding information on recent human resources initiatives.
